The RFi support team would like to help you to solve your problems with installation and use of RFi's EzNet Wireless products. This section of our website contains up-to-date information about each of our products, together with downloads of documents (data sheet, user guide) and software (drivers, setup tools, firmware). Additionally, we offer a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section, containing answers to most frequently asked types of questions.
 
Before contacting us directly, please check the user guide of your product for answers on the most common problems. You can also check the FAQ on this page for more problem solutions.
 
If you can't solve your problems using the information sources mentioned above, please send us the problem description via e-mail form. We would like you to give us all possible information about your devices and your network, when contacting us. This includes:
  • Types of devices you have, if possible with serial numbers (printed on the safety labels)
  • Which of these devices are working incorrectly or don't work at all (indicate the problems)
  • If it's possible, send us a schematic of your network topology also with the IP addresses for computers/router/access point, this can speed up the problem estimation. If you use any non-RFi-equipment, please specify what kind. The drawing can be made in any graphics editor, exported to one of the standard graphic formats (JPEG, GIF). Or you can just draw it on paper and scan it
  • Specify operating systems used with the devices
  • If you have devices which can be configured, like RFi Powerline Router or RFi Wireless to Powerline Access Point, please send us the firmware version and configuration of these devices. Please see the user guide for detailed instructions on this.
  • If the problems are connected with the software, please specify version of the software (can be found in the menu Help -> About)
